Yes! Even though there may not much of a diastasis...early postpartum women still have a weak stretched out muscles. By conditioning the inner core well, women can regain their core strength, stability and function again. We recommend doing the ReCORE Program within the first few months postpartum (can start within 3-4 weeks post) and using the FITsplint for gentle compression and abdominal support if dealing with diastasis over 2 fingerwidths.
