SHIPPING

We accept orders from the U.S. and Canada.

ORDERING OUTSIDE of the US or CANADA?  If Australia, order from DueSoon or Figure8Maternity.  Other countries, order from Figure8Maternity.

US ($4.95)
Items are shipped via USPS FIrst Class (3-4 business days)

Canada ($9.25)
Items are shipped via USPS First Class (10-13 business days)

Canadian customers: import duties may apply and may be due at time of delivery. This is the responsibility of the buyer. Check your local customs office for details.

RETURNS
The FITsplint may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase if product has not been worn or washed. Used products cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

EXCHANGES
Send unused FITsplint back to address below with a note in box requesting new size. After FITsplint is received, the correct FITsplint will be shipped out the next business day. Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to seller. Seller will pay to ship new size back to customer.

REFUND 
Send unused/unwashed FITsplint back to address below with note stating it is a return. Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to seller. Once the product is received in unused condition, customer will receive full refund (except shipping costs) within 5 business days.
