I am further out postpartum and/or pretty athletic but still feel like my core and pelvic floor need to be stronger - Should I do ReCORE or skip to ReCORE 2?
If farther along and you have been doing some strength work, we recommend either:
2) Online Consult - 30 min assessment, Celeste may recomend several tailored exercises to work on before starting ReCORE 2
3) Or one on one training for 6 weeks for optional progression
ReCORE 1 online may move at a little slower pace for those that are pretty fit, but it is still very helpful in properly reconditioning the inner/outer core and pelvic floor. If you want a more custom progression, we recommend looking into the Consult or one on one 6 week online training sessions with Celeste.
