General rule of thumb is at least 2 weeks post for vaginal or 3-4 weeks post for c-section if you can sit pain free. For early clearance from your doctor we have a letter you can send your OBGYN or midwife. Please see a pelvic pt if dealing with any pelvic pain. While you do not have to start this early, if you do ReCORE when you feel mentally ready and that is a few months/ a year later, that is fine!
