6-Weeks Personalized Progressive Programming
Starting with an online consult and assessment, exercises will be then sent via email (with video links) to follow for the week. Feedback helps the trainer adjust for the next week. Each week will get progressively more challenging and will expand from core/pelvic floor, core control, body weight exercises to strength training and return to run progressions if you are interested.
