Elana Meyers Taylor is now a 5x Olympic Medalist in Bobsled. She is the most decorated black female athlete in the Winter Olympics as well as the most decorated athlete in Bobsled. Elana gave birth to Nico in 2020 and had to navigate covid, motherhood, c-section recovery, training and traveling to qualify for another Olympics. In 2022 at the Beijing Olympics, Elana overcame more Covid quarantine obstacles in China to come away with a silver in monobob and bronze in the two-women bobsled..
