Celeste Goodson Answers

ReCore Fitness founder, pre and post-natal trainer, and ACE Medical Exercise Specialist is here to answer your questions!

After payment is received, you can login to the website to fill out your assessment, then consult will be scheduled. Program will be designed based on consult and assessment. Every week you will recieve new exercises to work via email (based on feedback) You will be able to talk or text with your trainer anytime during the program. Then a follow up visit will be scheduled to re-assess your progress and give tips on how to continue.

Whether you are immediately post-partum or it's been years since your last child, you can improve core function, stability, coordination and strength. ReCORE is total core reconditioning.

Some clients may be recommended to wear the FITsplint during ReCORE (those who are within 3 months postpartum or have a larger Diastasis Recti)

Reconditioning the core/pelvic floor postpartum is still highly recommended and can help the return to run/sport. The abdominal muscles considerably stretch from pregnancy even with minimal diastasis.

Celeste was fantastic to work with. She was flexible with her schedule and adjusted the program as I progressed. Everything felt appropriately challenging and I was able to see very real improvements within the 6 weeks. Would highly recommend to postpartum mothers looking for guidance.

It was hard for me to find someone that could help me personalize a plan . I am so glad a friend recommended me Celeste! I had a fantastic experience with her! . Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but she was also very supportive throughout the training plan. She took the time to listen to my concerns and created a personalized plan that helped me achieve my goals. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of help returning to run postpartum.

Working with Celeste was awesome! She was recommended to me by another professional runner. She understands the athlete body and mind and was very helpful in my return to training. She was always willing to answer any questions I had and is very knowledgeable about training during pregnancy and postpartum. I am now confident about my return to high level competition after working with her!

After having my fourth child, third pregnancy, my core was shot and a friend recommended this program. I didn't realize all this time after my other children that I had a diastatis recti pretty severely. Celeste helped me to work on my core, get rid of that large bulge, and really feel stronger than I ever have coming back from a pregnancy. I loved the exercises as she always kept them fresh and new. Highly recommend this program!

ReCore training has made a huge difference in my running and overall strength! After two kids, my pelvic floor was really, really weak. (Hello, leakage.) I just finished my first six week of training with Celeste, and not only do I feel stronger, but the leaking is almost nonexistent. So cliche to say, but my only regret is that I didn't hear about ReCore sooner! Highly, highly recommend!

After having my first baby, I was so excited to be cleared to run again. But once I started running I had terrible pelvic pain. Each step was so painful. I found ReCore and am so happy I did. My back and pelvic pain were gone after 4 weeks of doing the program. Now I feel stronger and have a good path to follow for continuing my core rehab.

I am not a professional or even elite athlete. I am someone who enjoys athletic activities and working out. I have tried a few other core programs after my other pregnancies (I have had 4) and did not enjoy them (they were boring and did not progress to the level of core strength I was looking to regain). This was the best money I have spent on myself - I feel like my core finally "gets it" again and I have actually progressed to regular core exercises. I appreciated the combination of full body exercises that incorporate core strength into the program.

Before working with Celeste, I had tried multiple online programs, in-person personal trainers, and pelvic floor PTs. I still couldn't live the active life I wanted to live.

Celeste took it back to square 1 and helped me slowly gain strength and confidence in what I could and couldn't do. When I encountered setbacks, she was always there to help me adjust so that I could keep gaining strength. After 2 years of working together, I feel strong and I can trust my body again.

I really loved your program! I think I’ve mentioned that I have also done [...two other programs]. Yours was my favorite because I felt like it made me the strongest and helped the most especially with the FITsplint !

The biggest improvement of all is I am able to go about my day without pressure/prolapse symptoms. I never thought that was going to be possible. I’ve also noticed strength in my TA core muscles. I was able to run 3 miles on Sunday 1/2 hills 1/2 flats with no pressure and no pressure the days following. At my check up today there was no discomfort in the internal exam at all, 1st time! I really liked the 1-1 assessment when we first started working together and how you checked in with me when I was having back pain during the 2nd week. Despite it being virtual it felt like you were there when I had any questions or needing assistance/feedback. I really liked the variety of exercises as well. If I have baby#3 down the road I look forward to trying your band/pregnancy program. I’m so grateful to have found your services through Instagram. I look forward to see what my body will be able to do in 6 weeks from now given the progress it’s made in the past 6.

Thank you again!
