Who is it for? Whether you are immediately post-partum or it's been years since your last child, you can improve core function, stability, coordination and strength. ReCORE is total core reconditioning.
What if I don't have diastasis? Reconditioning the core/pelvic floor postpartum is still highly recommended and can help the return to run/sport. The abdominal muscles considerably stretch from pregnancy even with minimal diastasis.

Working with Celeste was awesome! She was recommended to me by another professional runner. She understands the athlete body and mind and was very helpful in my return to training. She was always willing to answer any questions I had and is very knowledgeable about training during pregnancy and postpartum. I am now confident about my return to high level competition after working with her!
After having my fourth child, third pregnancy, my core was shot and a friend recommended this program. I didn't realize all this time after my other children that I had a diastatis recti pretty severely. Celeste helped me to work on my core, get rid of that large bulge, and really feel stronger than I ever have coming back from a pregnancy. I loved the exercises as she always kept them fresh and new. Highly recommend this program!
ReCore training has made a huge difference in my running and overall strength! After two kids, my pelvic floor was really, really weak. (Hello, leakage.) I just finished my first six week of training with Celeste, and not only do I feel stronger, but the leaking is almost nonexistent. So cliche to say, but my only regret is that I didn't hear about ReCore sooner! Highly, highly recommend!
After having my first baby, I was so excited to be cleared to run again. But once I started running I had terrible pelvic pain. Each step was so painful. I found ReCore and am so happy I did. My back and pelvic pain were gone after 4 weeks of doing the program. Now I feel stronger and have a good path to follow for continuing my core rehab.
I am not a professional or even elite athlete. I am someone who enjoys athletic activities and working out. I have tried a few other core programs after my other pregnancies (I have had 4) and did not enjoy them (they were boring and did not progress to the level of core strength I was looking to regain). This was the best money I have spent on myself - I feel like my core finally "gets it" again and I have actually progressed to regular core exercises. I appreciated the combination of full body exercises that incorporate core strength into the program.
