After having my first baby, I was so excited to be cleared to run again. But once I started running I had terrible pelvic pain. Each step was so painful. I found ReCore and am so happy I did. My back and pelvic pain were gone after 4 weeks of doing the program. Now I feel stronger and have a good path to follow for continuing my core rehab.
I am not a professional or even elite athlete. I am someone who enjoys athletic activities and working out. I have tried a few other core programs after my other pregnancies (I have had 4) and did not enjoy them (they were boring and did not progress to the level of core strength I was looking to regain). This was the best money I have spent on myself - I feel like my core finally "gets it" again and I have actually progressed to regular core exercises. I appreciated the combination of full body exercises that incorporate core strength into the program.
Before working with Celeste, I had tried multiple online programs, in-person personal trainers, and pelvic floor PTs. I still couldn't live the active life I wanted to live. Celeste took it back to square 1 and helped me slowly gain strength and confidence in what I could and couldn't do. When I encountered setbacks, she was always there to help me adjust so that I could keep gaining strength. After 2 years of working together, I feel strong and I can trust my body again.

The biggest improvement of all is I am able to go about my day without pressure/prolapse symptoms. I never thought that was going to be possible. I’ve also noticed strength in my TA core muscles. I was able to run 3 miles on Sunday 1/2 hills 1/2 flats with no pressure and no pressure the days following. At my check up today there was no discomfort in the internal exam at all, 1st time! I really liked the 1-1 assessment when we first started working together and how you checked in with me when I was having back pain during the 2nd week. Despite it being virtual it felt like you were there when I had any questions or needing assistance/feedback. I really liked the variety of exercises as well. If I have baby#3 down the road I look forward to trying your band/pregnancy program. I’m so grateful to have found your services through Instagram. I look forward to see what my body will be able to do in 6 weeks from now given the progress it’s made in the past 6. Thank you again!
