Get the custom FIT you need. The FITsplint is fully adjustable, flexible, slim and breathable. Can use the straps to lift belly to help reduce bladder pressure. Straps can also separate for better motion control during activity or be placed down low for more hip/pelvic support. Used by physical therapists and elite athletes world-wide.
The Maternity FITsplint includes 5 PreCORE exercises to help you keep the core/pelvic floor strong during pregnancy. The full PreCORE online program is available separately.
The FITsplint material is more flexible than most supports to provide the right amount of support while still allowing the core muscles to do the work! Exercises, proper body mechanics, alignment and support can all help keep you strong and symptom free during pregnancy.

I have loved using my fit splint through the later stages of pregnant running. It prevents me from folding in half like a comma as my baby gets bigger and joints get loser. Honestly, I would have had to stop running a while ago if I did not have this support, but I'm still running strong at 39 weeks and feeling good because I've had this resource. It's comfortable, adjusts to my growing belly, and does not chafe, even in the heat.
Used both this and the post-natal support for both kids and if I didn't have my tubes' tied, I would of used these for future kids. Gave it to my sister who now swears by it.
This was amazing!
I have this one: http://www.mombodfitness.com/fitsplint-maternity.html and it has been exceptional for helping me. it has made a huge difference. I wore a 10 pre-preg and ordered a medium. It's very adjustable and I liked that it had two options for wearing. I found it more supportive to have one band high and one band low. At 36 weeks, I want both bands low so that I don't have to pee every 5 minutes at the gym, though. Doc also recommended it for ligament pain, which it helped a TON with!
Just wore mine for the first time today for my first long walk at 29 weeks. I am big already and should have started moving more earlier on through my pregnancy. I wondered and really hoped it would make a difference wearing it. It was everything! So comfortable, didn’t move at all, the material is so comfortable and was so easy to adjust. I kept thinking about and just being so pleased with how comfortable it was and how much better I felt just walking than I have thus far... I should have started wearing it sooner! I love it and highly recommend it. Thank you!
