We recommend doing either
1) ReCORE 1 self paced 6 week online program,2) Online Consult - 30 min assessment, Celeste will send 7-8 specific exercises to work on3) Train with Celeste one-on one (6 weeks) before doing ReCORE 2.ReCORE 1 online may move at a little slower pace for those that are pretty fit, but it is still very helpful in properly reconditioning the inner/outer core and pelvic floor. If you want a more custom progression, we recommend looking into the Consult or one on one 6 week online training sessions with Celeste.
