This depends how early postpartum you are and what pelvic symptoms you are dealing with if any. If early postpartum, we recommend waiting to run until you have at least had 3-4  weeks of ReCORE done and are cleared by a physician. Seeing a pelvic floor therapist to make sure things are healing well is the best recommendation. Gradually get back into running by walking, then walking hill repeats, running hill repeats and then run/walking.
